KeepShift Free Trial Details
 

 

The KeepShift free trial, as agreed between KeepShift and the client, will give the client access to the whole KeepShift platform but will NOT include any optional extras such as pre-loaded HR or Safety documents, implementation or training
The KeepShift free trial will commence on completion of the signup process, until the end of the agreed free trial period KeepShift. This will allow you to trial your selected KeepShift Package.
Once your free trial expires, there are three (3) options: 
1. You will automatically be upgraded to a paid account and you will be automatically charged in accordance with the KeepShift Service Agreement payment will be the minimum monthly amount. For clients who take up the service midway through a calendar month a Pro-rata payment calculation will be applied for the remainder of that current month.
If it is the 15th of the month, and you have a free 7-day trial (until the 22nd), normal billing will commence on the 1st of the month. In this example, the client will be invoiced a 'pro-rata' amount on the 22nd (for the period until the 1st). Then, on the 1st of the next month, will be invoiced again for the full amount, and again on the 1st of the following month, and so on.
2. You can choose to change your plan, and also choose to purchase the optional document package by contacting support@keepshift.com 
3. You can choose to not upgrade to a paid plan and cancel your account. Your account will be automatically removed incurring no cost to you. You will need to contact support@keepshift.com in order to cancel your subscription ‘prior’ to the free trial expiry date
