Having been a business owner, HR and Safety Manager and a person who has worn many hats myself, I intimately understand the challenges and intricacies of running a business and managing people. The endless juggling of tasks, the perpetual scarcity of time, and the demands of managing multiple aspects of a business were all too familiar. These experiences fuelled my determination to create a solution that not only simplifies the complexities but also empowers businesses to thrive without being overwhelmed.

The inspiration for KeepShift arose from my own struggles spending countless hours dealing with paperwork, searching for documents, and manually inputting data….. it was a never-ending cycle. A lightbulb moment for myself was a case of a disgruntled employee where I had to represent a company in court. The process of defence needed to be all evidence based with what we could prove and not just say. Not having enough documented evidence proved to be a costly mistake for the company. Paper documents are susceptible to damage, loss, or accidental destruction. I recognised that traditional methods of operation were not only time-consuming but also costly, eating into precious resources that could have been better invested elsewhere. Manual processes were error-prone and hindered growth, while expensive software options often presented a barrier to entry for many businesses, especially small enterprises.

KeepShift was born out of the belief that every business, regardless of size, should have access to efficient tools that enhance productivity, streamline operations, protect businesses and foster growth. Our software is designed to be a game-changer, addressing the pain points I once faced as a business owner. We set out to build a comprehensive yet intuitive SaaS platform that automates the mundane paper based repetitive tasks, freeing up valuable time for owners, admin managers, HR and Safety mangers to focus on the things that matter.
