Create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

A standard operating procedure sometimes call a JSA is a set of step-by-step instructions compiled by an organization to help workers carry out routine operations. SOPs aim to achieve efficiency, quality output and uniformity of performance, while reducing miscommunication and failure to comply with industry regulations.

Create a Standard Operating Procedure
  • Once you have navigated to the Standard Operating Procedure page click New SOP
  • The below screen will appear
  • Complete all the necessary information for the SOP ( Note you can also copy and paste an image into your description or upload any other relevant information to the SOP)
  • You will be able to assign it to employees to read and electronically sign
