Creating a Diary / Calendar Entry
Once you are in the Diary / Calendar page you can create a new Diary / Calendar entry by clicking “new event”

The next window will appear

Within this window it allows you to create a follow up event at the same time.
Click the slide bar as indicated in the next photo by the red arrow
All the data fields required for the entry will appear

As an administrator creating an entry you must assign the entry to someone for it to appear in the Diary / Calendar
Once complete press create event and it will appear in the assigned employees Diary / Calendar
