Creating a New Task
- Navigate to the Task Board Page
- Click New Task
- Once you have clicked new task the next screen will appear
- If you have any previously saved Tasks you can easily select those and reassign or create a new task.
- Fill in all the necessary information relating to the new task
You can:
- Upload images or Files to the tasks
- Assign to one or a number of employees or teams
- Choose whether the task is a high Priority or it requires approval by the manager once it is completed
- Remember a Task for future use
- Once you have created and assigned a Task all individuals will received a notification on their system
