Creating a New Task

  • Navigate to the Task Board Page
  • Click New Task
  • Once you have clicked new task the next screen will appear
  • If you have any previously saved Tasks you can easily select those and reassign or create a new task.
  • Fill in all the necessary information relating to the new task
You can:
  • Upload images or Files to the tasks
  • Assign to one or a number of employees or teams
  • Choose whether the task is a high Priority or it requires approval by the manager once it is completed
  • Remember a Task for future use
  • Once you have created and assigned a Task all individuals will received a notification on their system
