Two-factor Authentication

Two Factor Authentication, or 2FA, is an extra layer of protection used to ensure the security of your accounts beyond just a username and password. By default it is disabled but we strongly recommend enabling the service on your account for the extra protection.

Enable and Disable Two Factor Authentication

Navigate to My Profile-Basic Info-2FA

The red ‘unlocked’ padlock symbolises that the 2FA is disabled

To enable 2FA click the locked padlock to the right and the next screen will appear

Using the 2FA QR Code

From here you can either scan the QR code which will open your authenticator or use the code provided.

If you do not have an authenticator app on your mobile device you will need to download one that is available such as Google, Microsoft or apple authenticator.

Once you have inserted the code your 2FA will be enabled.

You can disable the 2FA by going through the same steps.
