My Roles
- From time to time an employee may be promoted or shift into a different role.
- An administrator or supervisor with the correct permission access can update an employees role within a company.
- This screen displays any past roles as well as current active roles. It also displays the:
- Role Name
- The date the role was activated from and to.
- It also displays the reason for a change to the persons role
- To add a new role click New Role
- Once you have clicked New Role the screen below will appear
- You will select a new role for the person ( this will need to have been created in the My People – Roles page
- You will also need to detail the reasons for the change
- Press assign role
- Once updated the date and time of change will be recorded
