My Roles

  • From time to time an employee may be promoted or shift into a different role.
  • An administrator or supervisor with the correct permission access can update an employees role within a company.
  • This screen displays any past roles as well as current active roles. It also displays the:
  1. Role Name
  2. The date the role was activated from and to.
  3. It also displays the reason for a change to the persons role
  • To add a new role click New Role
  • Once you have clicked New Role the screen below will appear
  1. You will select a new role for the person ( this will need to have been created in the My People – Roles page
  2. You will also need to detail the reasons for the change
  3. Press assign role
  • Once updated the date and time of change will be recorded
