Navigating the Corrective Actions Register

On this screen we will show you how to navigate the corrective actions register

• On your sidebar menu navigate to the Safety Registry and click corrective actions register ( CAR)
• Once here all your current Corrective actions will appear.
• On this screen you can create a New Action
• Here you can view the Status, Site,Date Created,Time it was created,Type of hazard,Category of Incident,Due date for close out and Risk score data
• You can also filter by employee,Status,Dates,Sites,Type or Category
• The export button also allows you to export to Microsoft Excel for a traditional format
