Navigating the Skills Matrix

• Any skill or training requirement you have created in the skill builder will appear on your Skills Matrix. The certificate/sill expiry will appear against each employee who has been assigned with the particular requirement. An icon will appear to advise the status of that certificate/skill

Certificate or training is expired

Certificate or training that has been uploaded needs approval

No Certificate or training is required for that particular employee

From the header you can

1. Export the matrix as a PDF or CSV file
2. Filter by employee or
3. Filter by job role
