From your dashboard navigate to the safety Registry on your sidebar menu. From here scroll down to Register
Click on NEW RISK
The next screen will pop up to enter your required Data. You will also be able to upload a related file or photo. The person creating the risk will be able to electronically sign. Remember to press create risk when complete.
