A risk register is used as a risk management tool to identify potential setbacks within the company or a project. This process aims to collectively identify, analyse, and solve risks before they become problems.
From your dashboard navigate to the safety Registry on your sidebar menu. From here scroll down to Register
Understanding the Risk Ledger
From your dashboard navigate to the safety Registry on your sidebar menu.
Once here you will be able to see your risk register. The register is broken down into segments across the top of your register table for an easy snapshot of the potential risk.

Status | Approved, Pending or Archived |
Name | Name of created risk |
Date Created | Date and Time the risk was created |
Type | Type of risk example: physical |
Related Documents | Is the risk related to any other documents |
Consequence | Related to the risk matrix |
Likelihood | Related to the risk matrix |
Risk Score | Score calculate based on consequence and liklehood |
Controls | Controls put in place |
Signature | Approved signature |
Date signed and approved | Date and time approval was signed |
Actions | Where you can edit, view, approve, copy, reject or delete a risk |
