For each contact you have the ability to keep detailed notes. Notes are time and date stamped for auditing purposes. The notes are in two columns depending on the permissions you have set for employees accessibility to the contact. The notes can be public as in employees can view the notes or private and the admin only has access.
To view your contact notes navigate to your contact dashboard and click the notes tab
From here and depending on the permissions allowed you can enter a new note
Notes can be edited, deleted or downloaded by using the action symbols illustrated by the red arrow.
Notes can be downloaded to PDF or CSV.
