Contact Sites

Create a Job Site

Your contacts can be set up to have one or more sites. For example, you might have a Contact or client that you do regular work for (Jobs) at one or more sites. One or more jobs can be linked to a contact site.

To create a contact site. click new site button as illustrated by the red arrow

The next window will appear for you to enter the appropriate data relating to the specific site

Once saved the new contact/client site will appear on the contacts form

From this window, you can view notes created against the site, edit site details or delete the site by hovering over and clicking the appropriate symbol

You can also create new Jobs for the contact from this window
