How Do I Get a Free Trial of KeepShift

Enterprise clients can contact KeepShift to have access to a 7-day free trial of the KeepShift application. The free trial will give you access to the whole Keepshift platform but will not include any optional extras such as pre-loaded HR or Safety documents.

How long is my trial for?

The free trial period will be for a fixed period of 7 days.

On which plan is the trial based?

KeepShift will allow you to trial the whole platform which includes all the amazing advanced features of the KeepShift solution.

 Which features are included in the trial? 

  • Employees and HR
  • Safety and Compliance
  • Rostering and Scheduling
  • Training and Skills
  • Workday Management
  • Client and Contact Management
  • Document Management
  • Admin and Reporting
  • Security

The free trial will not include any optional extras such as pre-loaded HR or Safety documents, implementation or training

What happens once my trial expires?

Once your free trial expires, there are three (3) options: 

1. You will automatically be upgraded to a paid account and you will be automatically charged in accordance with the KeepShift Service Agreement. Payment will be the minimum monthly amount as detailed in your registration terms. For clients who take up the service midway through a calendar month a Pro rata payment calculation will be applied for the remainder of that current month.

For example:

If it is the 15th of the month, and you have a free 7-day trial (until the 22nd), normal billing will commence on the 1st of the month. In this example, the client will be invoiced a 'pro-rata' amount on the 22nd (for the period until the 1st). Then, on the 1st of the next month, will be invoiced again for the full amount, and again on the 1st of the following month, and so on.

2. You can also choose to purchase the optional document package by contacting support@keepshift.com 

3. You can choose to not upgrade to a paid plan and cancel your account. Your account will be automatically removed incurring no cost to you. You will need to contact support@keepshift.com in order to cancel your subscription ‘prior’ to the free trial expiry date
