What happens once my trial expires?
Once your free trial expires, there are three (3) options:
1. You will automatically be upgraded to a paid account and you will be automatically charged in accordance with the KeepShift Service Agreement. Payment will be the minimum monthly amount as detailed in your registration terms. For clients who take up the service midway through a calendar month a Pro rata payment calculation will be applied for the remainder of that current month.
If it is the 15th of the month, and you have a free 7-day trial (until the 22nd), normal billing will commence on the 1st of the month. In this example, the client will be invoiced a 'pro-rata' amount on the 22nd (for the period until the 1st). Then, on the 1st of the next month, will be invoiced again for the full amount, and again on the 1st of the following month, and so on.
2. You can also choose to purchase the optional document package by contacting email@example.com
3. You can choose to not upgrade to a paid plan and cancel your account. Your account will be automatically removed incurring no cost to you. You will need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org in order to cancel your subscription ‘prior’ to the free trial expiry date
